My wife bought some 6 inch deep dish pie plates from Longaberger and of course she made a pie to justify the purchase. She also had some pie dough left over and wanted to make a raisin pie.
For some reason I went on line and brought down several recipes, the first two being wiped out due to some mistake I made. This was the last one and it looked good.
I can't tell how it would have come out in an 8 inch pie plate since I used
the 6 inch deep dish one my wife had just bought. It took about 50 to 60
minutes to bake at 325° F. and was absolutely delicious.
